Rundll error on startup

I haven't used my laptop for about a month and have just switched it on this evening to update and got a RUNDLL ERROR box on startup that said "Error loading NvQTwk" and "the specified module could not be found"
Any of you intelligent chaps tell me what it is, how to fix or get rid of it please?
Laptop is Dell Inspiron 8000 PIII 1GHz running win Xp with Nvidia GeForce 2 GO 32Mb graphics (could it be a graphics driver problem?)
It all seems to work ok at present though..........
