Run-time error '429' Active X component

Don't know what's happened to my computer, but each time I turn it on, everything loads properly, then I get a message IAS - Run-time error '429' Active X component can't create object.

I then have to click ok, and it disappears. Could anyone tell me what this is, and why it is happening. As far as I know (so far) my computer is working ok. But this message......???

Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

There are a lot of reasons why the 429 error might occur, but normally dealing with script in VB...however did come across this...
