Recently when I startup windows xp, a message appears "Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

My question is, how do I make this stop?

I refuse access if this comes up. However, see the last two or three posts in this particular thread:

Will it start in safe mode? if so Run Windows System Restore to a old date

Or use Program Control to ensure that ZA Asks (or Blocks if you prefer) to allow "Run a DLL as an application" access.

Okay I fixed it. All I had to do was uninstall my ATI drivers, then reinstall the latest ones, as well as update my .Net Framework from 2.0 to 3.5
Thanks ~ Cheers.
