Router recommendations (wired only)

I'm RMA'ing a Netgear DG834GT to Ebuyer today, as it is unreliable (dropped connections, dodgy wireless connection etc). Overall the product seems to have been rushed out to the market with inadequate testing (just look on Netgear's own forum to see the problems people are having).

I have decided that I will go for a 'wired' modem/router/firewall instead (I'll put up with wiring running through walls etc)as I need a reliable connection to link two PC's both running XP Home SP2 for online gaming etc.

Any recommendations based upon personal experience would be most welcome.

Many thanks.

I use their wired ADSL router at the moment the DSL-504T, excellent NAT firewall and easy to set up. I also use a lot of Dlink wifi products at work - they really are very good so I would also recommend the wireless model the G604T which I'm just about to upgrade to. Here are links for both!
