Please can anyone help. I have purchased an Asus WL600G and had it connected to my pc and a new laptop I have just purchased,First question does the firewall built in work on the desktop as well as the laptop and the main problem is that I am getting an icon on the taskbar of the laptop that says BT voyager and the power is so low it will not open any pages on the internet, when I go to control panel and open the icon the ASus one is there as well as the bt one with a padlock by the Asus one, please what does it all mean as I am completely baffled Many thanks for any help

Firstly, do you still have the Voyager connected as well as the Asus? If so, this could present a problem. Take the Voyager out of the equation and try again.

If no luck, go to device manager - right click the BT router and disable or delete it. Then, re-boot.
