I am looking for a cheap reliable ADSL router to connect 2 computers to the internet, share files etc, etc,. I do not want a wireless one, just one that I can hardwire together. Thanks.

Try Googling for a good price on a Netgear DG834 modem router, it has a true SPI hardware firewall and is easy to configure and set up.

I've been using one for 3 to 4 years now 24/7 and it has never let me down.

With the prices now it will be just as cheap to buy a wireless one and dissable the wireless and you will still have it if you want it in the future.
