Rosetta Stone Software

Just bought RS language s/ware which will be delivered shortly. To maintain copyright u cannot copy the CD`s provided or apparently copy files to hard disk and install from that location. I have other s/ware eg Encyc. Britannica were I have done exactly the latter and it greatly enhances the experience ( not having a noisy CD drive whirring away ). Does anyone know of any work rounds that will in fact let me copy to disk and run without the necessity of an inserted CD ? PS The Rosetta Stone s/ware costs an arm and a leg and I feel I should be able to do this if I desire ! I am sure RS disagree.

Ta very much for that ton. As it happens I`ve just learnt that the latest RS s/ware ( ver 3 ) does not require CD drive for operation ( only for install )! Ta anyway could be useful for the future. Sorry if you wasted any time researching this for me.
