Hi i wonder if any of you can help! i have an unknown device in device manager called ROOT\LEGACY RASMAN\0000 and haven't got a clue what it is!
i have a new asus m24n sli motherboard with an amd x2 4200 chip, a geforce 8800 gts graphics card, a linkys router is plugged in along with an epson r265 printer and a wireless keyboard and mouse, the moniter is a hanns-g 19" tft on a dvi input.
nothing else is plugged in apart from an audigy 4 sound card and the error was there before i installed that! anybody got any ideas? your help would be appreciated! cheers y'all marlon

You have been hijacked - I would advise you to run Hijackthis from one of the sites on my link - you need expert advice, afraid I am not expert enough for this one!

Agree with the above,looks very nasty and can be difficult to get rid of.

This has created mutiple registry entries and could possibly be a trojan dialer (hope your not on dialup)

If on dialup,run this click here and follow the instructions.

Then follow the below advice for expert help.

For example:

Download Hijackthis to your desktop click here

Then goto click here here they will help you fix this nasty.

Do NOT try to delete anything from the HJT log,let the real experts advise !!!!
