Rogue internet explorer pop-ups

Originally bought a desktop PC from Tiny, which came pre-installed with "Supanet" as it's ISP. Eventually (after much hassle) managed to disable Supanet (wouldn't let me load another ISP until they de-activated for me). Deleted everything I could find on my PC related to Supanet but I still keep getting pop-ups which are Supanet. Can anybody give me an idea how to get rid of everything Supanet related?

I managed to extracate myself from 'Supanet' early on to enable my own ISP to work (BT Yahoo). Searched and deleted anything I could find relating to 'Supanet' on my PC, but I still keep getting annoying popups with "Microsft internet Explorer provided by Supanet". I don't get any popups relating to BT Yahoo. Anybody any ideas?
