Right Click Problem

I run win 98SE on a 950Duron, 384MB Ram.

I have recently had to reinstall windows due to an a botched regestry patch.
Since i have reinstalled windows, each time i right click my mouse in a Window, an error message is shown on screen, saying that an error has been caused in Shell 32 by explorer. This error only occurs inside windows, and not whils i am using applications.

Does anyone know anything i can do to solve this, without having to reinstall windows.
