I have somehow disabled the right click context menu in WXP pro, rename delete etc, but only on the Classic Start Menu. The new menu is fine. Any ideas gratefully received.
thanks
Tony

I can't imagine how you would have done this, unless you have installed a tweaking utility such as tweakui, or similar, or have been messing around with the Group Policy settings.

A workaround (if you have a modern keyboard) is to position the mouse where you want, and then press the key between the right-hand Ctrl and Alt keys (looks like a menu icon). This will do the same as a right-click, and is context-sensitive depending on where the mouse pointer is.

Have you checked your mouse properties? Some mouse drivers allow you to re-assign button functions perhaps the settings have changed.
