Returned email

I email my sister-in-law several times a week she uses AOL, but today my email is returned with the following message.

Your mail to the following recipients could not be delivered because they are not accepting mail from (my email address). Only change at my end is that now, AVG monitors incoming/outgoing mail.

Any ideas, Thanks

So, she must have done something at her end. She might have inadvertently clicked her "Report as spam" pushbutton while one of your emails was highlighted which, presumably, would get your email address put onto a blacklist of senders.

Thanks stlucia, unable to contact her until later this evening, but will mark thread as resolved

AOL have a habit of blocking certain ISPs for no obvious reason.

A few months ago, BT was blocked by them.

It's easy to click someone's email by mistake so that they are added to the "blocked senders" list. I did this (no idea how)to a colleague's email and only realised the mistake was my own after I'd complained to the IT dept
