Retrospect Express HD - backup during hibernation

  Chas 07:29 18 Jan 07

I'm using version 2 of this utility on my desktop PC running XP to back up to an external Maxtor drive. As a small contribution towards saving the planet I have set my power management to hibernate after 30 mins inactivity. I note that it's possible to wake up the PC to execute scheduled tasks, but Retrospect doesn't appear in the schedule list. Come to that, nor does Norton/Symantec Live Update. Is there any way of getting these tasks to wake up the PC, run and then put it back to sleep? Thanks for any enlightenment.
