? Restore MBR with Acronis True Image

I am trying to restore my C (system) partition with acronis 11. In the instructions it states

"Disk and partition images contain a copy of track 0 along with MBR (master boot record). It
appears in this window in a separate line. You can choose whether to restore MBR and track
0 by checking the respective box. Restore MBR if it is critical to your system boot".

Do I need to restore this as when I check the box to restore C and try to check the box to restore MBR the check from restore C box is unchecked. It seems I can only check one box at a time, either restore the C partition or MBR, but not both. Hope you can understand this! Thanks in anticipation.

If you restore the complete image of C it replaces everything including the MBR.
The option to restore the MBR is used if the MBR has been corrupted or has it has changed abnd you want to go back to the earlier version.
