I would like to ask PC expert here a few questions.

(1) One PC is active 24 hours / day.
(2) This PC run without UPS.
(3) CPU = Intel P4
OS = Windows XP
(4) Whenever black out (No Electricity), this PC
will stop.
--> When electricity come again,I want this PC to
start up WITHOUT pressing "power on" button.
--> What should I (must) do to setting up PC?

Thanks for all coming responds :) !!!

You need a UPS. I am not aware of a way of getting it to auto start, others may however have the answer.

If I have had a spiked power cut my PC will reboot, otherwise for longer outages it will not.
