when i open any window , i have to maximise them . i dont remember altering any settings recently. sad to say i cant remember how to change this. any help would be appreciated. cheers, paul kelly

Drag the sides of the window to full the screen (do not use the Maximize button).

File/Close (not the X).

The next time it should fill the screen.

You need to move your mouse pointer to the border of each side of the Window so that that an arrow appears, then click and drag the mouse to move the window to the desired size.

For example, you maximise a Window but it does not display as a full page, do as above so that the Window is full size.
