I was reading an article on my way back home the other night which I thought was interesting, it was about a company selling some software allowing you to reset the SIM cards on the 'printer cartridges' when you buy compatible replacements. It didn't tell you the name or price of this s/w.
Does anyone know about this company or s/w?
I know there is a way around this problem, but I would like to see the amount of ink left in the cartridges and not wait till it just runs out.

Prior to spending on a 'resetter' you could try 'SCC Service Utility 4.30' ( see August 2008 edition of PC Advisor page 138 ).

If your printer, like mine, is not on the list then try the :-

JET TEC Inkjet Ink Cartridge Chip Ink Level Resetter

They are also available from other outlets ... check to see if your printer is covered by the spec !!!!!!!
