replacing an old video card

I have a very old Taurus computer circa 1995. The video card has failed. Is it possible to replace it with a different type or make? I have traced the same part number in USA @60 dollars!
Alternatively, is there any way I can retrieve the files from my old computer?

1995 ? wow im guessing that was pre AGP think you will struggle tbh

Best way to get the data off the Hard drive is to stick the hard drive in a caddie and copy to your machine
