Replacing a Lenovo Z580 graphic/video card

I bought a Lenovo Z580 recently upon a friend's recommendation only to discover that it had a measly 32MB of dedicated video ram which means that I can't play many video games such as GTA4 which requires a minimum 256MB.

Is it possible to replace the graphic/video card and if so can somebody recommend one which which would be the best one to replace the current one with?

Many thanks in advance
