Removing 'Virgin Net' ShortCut from my desktop

I got a new mesh pc and i have the VirinNet shortcut on my desktop and i have tried to just delete it and unistalled virgin net but still cant get rid of it.
Any ideas, its not major but just annoying !

Right click on shortcut for menu, then Delete.

Or My Computer>C (HDD)>Desktop and again right click on the shortcut and Delete.

The Uninstall should have removed it.

I wonder if the have put the shortcut into Startup, and it is coming back with each boot!..

aybe a backup file that's hidden or is a system file is the cause. If you go to the START MENU then the SETTINGS option then the FOLDER OPTIONS option can lead to where you can view system and hidden files. When a file is deleted backup files (sometimes *.bak) recover the deleted file.

manage to delete the bugger now i got room for one more shortcut
