How do I remove the Recovery Console from Windows Startup??

I'm following click here and I have found the Boot.ini file

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=C:\CMDCONS\BOOTSECT.DAT
[operating systems]
C:\CMDCONS\BOOTSECT.DAT="Microsoft Windows Recovery Console" /cmdcons
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /noexecute=optin /fastdetect

Which bit do I delete??
