Removing a language in Win XP Proff

hi, i was recently on a website when it it asked me to install a korean language to continue viewing, i clicked ok and it asked me for my Win XP CD to install so i installed it. Ever since ive installed this language it has dramatically slowed down my startup and shutdown as well as general computing. is there any was of removing this language again?

Change the Regional and Language Options
1. Open the Control Panel (Click Start - Settings - Control Panel)
2. Double-click on Regional and Language Options.
3. Click on the "Languages" tab.
You should be able to remove the added language from there.
