Removing items from Shortcut Menu

  Staffie 15:41 22 Aug 03

I'm running Windows 2000 pro on my laptop and had installed wormguard which I was then unable to remove either from add/remove programmes or from the software uninstall. Have now managed to remove, but "scan with wormguard" is still appearing on on my shortcut menu when I right click on items. Any advice please to a novice, on how to remove this option from the shortcut menu? Thanks

On Win98se "right click" item's appear in a folder named "SENDTO" in the windows directory. eg c:\windows\sendto

You could look in the appropriate folder, which in win2k would be under USER folder I think.

Let me know how you get on!!
