My Brother-in-Law & his wife have just had a new computer delivered and have set it up for 5 users (2 parents & 3 children) the youngest is aged 7 and they have set it up (god knows how) with some restrictions (fair enough) but try as he may he cannot access the bbc.co.uk website, an error comes up telling him that it is a restricted site, all the other administrators have access to this site but not the little one, & being fairly new to the computerworld & the internet, they have forgotten how they set it up for the 7 year old, can anybody help out, because he is itching to be like everybody else in the family, quite right too.
All help gratefully received...especially my nephew Ross.

Log in as administrator and go to Start + Control Panel + User Accounts, from here click on change account then select nephews account and you can change settings from there.

If all else fails you can delete that account and create him a new one from scratch.

In IE go to Tools; Internet Options; Security and click on Restricted Sites.

Have a look at which sites are in there and add/remove as appropriate.

Under the Security and Privacy tabs set these both to 'Default'.

This assumes his OS is XP.
