Remove line break symbols when printing an email

Can you someone advise me how to print out an email (I'm using Outlook Express)without getting these line breaks and symbols please; example below.

Nearly as effective (if you want to use what you already have) and avoid another small program

1) Highlight and copy the text you want from the email, then Paste into Word.
2) Edit-Find....... type > into.... Find_What
3)Next - leave the .... Replace_With .... blank
4)Click Replace_All
