remove downloaded programmes

Hi folks.

I dont think what I have is a virus or even malware but I couldnt find a more appropriate place to post it, so sorry if its out of place.

I downloaded a programme called Cashfiesta which is a bar that sits on your screen with ads for you to click on. After realizing that Im not going to be a millionaire (damn!) I decided to uninstall it, with Norton Cleansweep. It removed the programme but there were other files that appeared on the desktop at the time of downloading, and theyre still there. Here the are, and also the message I got when I clicked on them:

skin.cfx windows cannot open..(I presume its just a skin file, and can be deleted??)

adpool this is a DAT FILE

for these last 3 files it says they are used by operating system and editing or modifying them could damage your system

So I dont want to delete them without your respected advice!
