remove "branding" on Windows Mail

My Windows Mail is still branded as “Outlook Express provided by Tiscali” .
As all that was a long, long time ago I’ve decided I want to change it to say just “Windows Mail”, though I know it's just a cosmetic exercise. Any advice on how to do this, please?
OS is Vista.
I've removed similar on IE, but that doesn't affect W Mail.

This page click here has instructions for removing ISP branding from Outlook Express, which would have been in XP. Whether it works with Windows Mail in Vista, I don't know. See if the relevant registry key exists in Vista.

Does NOT work in W7, any ideas?
Thanks David

I'll try it when I have time to fiddle about.
I'm on Vista and IE7
