Remote emptying of ReCycle Bin

Have a wireless network up and running. Have some folders shared betwen the two PCs. I would like to be able to empty the recycle bin on one PC from the other over the network but can't seem to find how to "share" the recycle bins the same as other folders. Indeed can't seem to find where the files are held that are in the bin

Any ideas anyone please

I've not used either of the following in a major way, but I'm sure that they will do what you require.

There will probably be a simpler way and hopefully this post will stimulate further assistance!

Update on this one.
Gave up trying to access the other PCs recycle bin. Now remotely cut the files to be deleted from the other PC to my PC then delete them from my recycle bin

Reckon I was trying to be too clever by half !!
