Its been a few months since I needed to use Remote Desktop assistance to fix my mums computer but now that she nneds help it does not work we both have xp pro and it has worked perviously but after searching the web for a few hours think that xp2 may have change a few things I have checked services running on both computers to make sure they were turned on and checked or turned off firewalls to no avail any body experience anything similar that they managed to fix any help would stop me losing my hair. p.s I have tried installing other software but this was fruitless as my mum bless her has no idea about computers
