Hi, I.m trying to use windows messenger remote assistance to help my brother with a problem on his computer,

He puts in my email address goes to passwords fills in that bit, but when he clicks on send invitation a dailog box comes up saying (click ok if you would like to save the invitation and sent it to your friend yourself) when he cancels and tries to send invitation again the same box comes up again, and thats as far as he can go.

If Messenger doesn't work use an email connection in the right pane.
