reinstalling xp home

I have a Time Computers PC that must have a virus or trojen or what ever. I wanted to reformat the hard drive and reinstall windows xp home but didn't have any discs supplied. I can not contact Time. I have the Product Key. Any suggestions?

In order to keep down cost, some Time machines were sold without OS/Recovery disks, and these were available as an add on option for around £30.00 or so. If you cannot contact Time, the only option is to purchase a retail copy of the OS and install from that, although you should attempt to download any drivers you may need for your components first.
