reinstalling windows 98

My floppy drive is broken and i want to reformat and reinstall windows 98.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to do this without a floppy drive, just using the CD drive (I have a CD rewriter)

If it is possible, can you tell me where i can get instructions on how to do it.

Thanks very much in anticipation

I am 99% sure Win98SE CD's are bootable providing you have the option to make CD drive first boot device in BIOS.

You need to format the drive if you want a clean install

Start your PC in DOS mode, type in FORMAT C: /S . This will format your HDrive without floppy. "S" is telling the Pc to leave the system files on.
