registry junk

Browsing through my registry I found hundreds of references to websites including porn and casinos, how did they get there and can I delete them safely, they're listed mainly under 'domains'.
I have reg supreme but that hasn't cleaned these out.

any suggestions please?

Thanks VOG I already have adaware and use it regularly, it clears out a lot of stuff but it hasn't touched these registry entries.

The domains are the restricted sites in "Internet Explorer" - leave them alone.

Spybot click here ?

Registry cleaners will only remove "error" values from the registry.

The other way is to delete them in regedit. Make a backup first, of course.

I use this little program - keeps my registry well clean!

Mine is the standard cleaner - no need for the pro version.

Thanks iambeavis,

Very happy now that I didn't set about wholesale deleting!!
