There are plenty of these, but thay can be prone to deleting (or recommending deletion of) entries that should be kept. It also depends on your o/s. If you have Win98 try click here this is as good as any.

I use Easycleaner which is a free program and it's never let me down yet, although I always make a copy of the Registry before using Easycleaner just to be on the safe side.

click here Easycleaner. It advises you to back up the registry first, this is a good idea as it cleans rather more aggressively than Regscrub or JV16
