Registry cleaner?

Hi, Can anyone recommend a good registry cleaner that is easy to use and does not cause any problems after use. I want to clean it up as after installing and uninstalling programmes there are entries that need deleting but would be a massive job without help.
Thanks for any advise

I use click here its the one vog used to use,i just use the "clean the registry" option and then delete everything it finds it's been fine for me but one or two on here have had problems.

If you use it just make sure the "backup before deletion" box is ticked.

I have been using this one for ages it has never caused me any problems, and you can use it for removeing things from the add remove list that refuse to go after uninstall and if you go to tools regclean then do them all it will scan the registry and tell you of every entry that does not connect to a program and it makes a backup every time you run it.
