I have a program on my computer called Regcleaner which I got from click here a long time ago.

It lists everything in the Registry as "Old" and "New". Just click the boxes for anything you don't want and then click "Remove Selected".

Unfortunately, having revisited the site I can't find that particular program anymore. Maybe someone else can point you in the right direction.
