RegCleaner backups file query

I have recently downloaded RegCleaner. Under the tab 'Backups' I get a very long list of entries, a number of which appear as these particular examples:

File type- .AudioCD:N/A
File type- .bas:N/A
File type- .bin: N/A

I hope you get the picture, so to speak.

My understanding is that N/A means not applicable.
Are these files safe to remove?

Or should I just leave well alone...
