Reducing picture pixel size

I am sure there is a dead easy answer to this.

I have a picture that i am submitting to a website, it is 1500 pixels wide and their limit is 250.

How do I reduce it?

I have Adobe Photoshop 7 if that helps.

There should be a tool to resize it in PS7.

If you cannot find it, Paint.NET click here has this feature in Image > Resize. G

Load in your image
Click on Image in Menu Bar
In the box that says Width, type in 250 pixels
Make sure all the boxes at the bottom are ticked
Click OK

I too have photoshop, but find this little gizmo much simpler.
Once installed just right click on a picture and select "resize with Photo Gadget" and you can specify the size or the requirement, email:phone: etc.
