Redemption.dll corrupt

I have Vista Business and recently installed Virgin Media V Stuff Back up. Now when starting Microsoft Outlook 2003 get the message - The add in D:\Program Files \Virginmedia\VStuff Backup\redemption.dll could not be installed or loaded. Click OK and all runs.

Ran SFC/SCANNOW as administrator from command prompt as suggested in another posting and get corrupt files but unable to fix some of them

access is denied then when I try to view them in CBS LOG

Tried un installing Virgin media Stuff but need permission although logged in as administrator.

Everything runs OK but fed with window opening everytime in Outlook.
