Red Cross in Emails

Hi...

When I send pictured stationery using Outlook Express I am told by some of the recipients that they get the box with a red cross in it plus the words. When I send a test page to myself or even forward a copy I what I sent out I receive it with the picture showing.

Can anyone explain what happens or how this can be corrected.

I am using XP home edition and so are some of the recipients.

The box with a Red cross means that for some reason the picture was not transmitted/recieved or was in a format the Recipient could not translate.
