Recycling Reduncy Check

i was copying files from a CD to a Removable Disk (PSP) and near the end it came up with an error "Recycling Reduncy Check"

i cleaned the disk, tried again, then half way through the same error came up.

i tried cleaning once again and now the error comes up less than half way copied!

is this "Recycling Reduncy Check" error to do with the fact that the CD is dirty or what?

Thanks In Advance.
