Recording audio from website on PC

This may be a silly question. I have one or two websites which send music through my PC speakers.(Streaming?) I want to record this music totally in-house, I.E. not using any other external device, connections etc., except the PC. My PC has a Realtek HD Audio Manager but cannot do what I want. Is there software which will enable me to do this and what is it called please?

If using Vista, & missing the 'what you hear' option, this guide click here tells you what to do. G
