I'm looking to replace my speakers and am wondering which to buy. I play quite a lot of music on my PC. Any suggestions?

It's a very personal and subjective choice and hearing (and disposable hard earned readies) vary from person to person. Best if you can actually listen to some working before buying.

My computer is in a 7 x 6.6ft spare room but I play a lot of jazz, and other music. I found an inexpensive pair of flat panel spkrs + subwoofer (Branded Packard-Bell FPS-100)at a computer fair
3 years ago for under £20.PC World were then selling for £39 + but I think they are now around £20.

The spkr technology is NXT (formerly Mission)and I find them perfectly adequate with very little distortion when you up the volume.

A couple of months ago I bought the Logitech X-230 speakers. At around £40, they're a fantastic quality sounding set of 2.1 speakers in my opinion.

I brought a Labtec set of 2.1 speakers from my local netto lol pulse 375 and they only cost £7.99 but worth every penny.
