Same here, from certain people. I believe they have their Tools/Options?Mail Format set to Plain Text, I use HTML. You will also find that if you use 'Reply' you will have to change to HTML if you want to choose another font/size/colour.

Thank you everyone for your replies. The > sign is throughout the email text every few words so it appears Cook2 may have the answer. Eclean2000 suggested by Ceemar seems to cure the problem, will have to give it a go. Thanks again everyone.
