hi I dropped my laptop and now have a black screen with the above message.

I have checked that my hard drive is the first option which it is.

can anyway help me please

If you're luckythe hard drive has just jarred loose - remove and refit it and retry to boot.

If you are unlucky the drive will be damaged and you will need a new drive and to reinstall windows from the recovery disks.
