Hi, I gave my pc to an engineer for a test, but I cannot find any drivers for Realtek sound manager, and I do not know what I want even though I have Asus, where and what do I do to return them? Thanks for any help.

you will need to accertain what motherboard you have then go to the manufacturers website and download and install the drivers for your board and operating system

Siw should give you info on your motherboard click here

Have a look at this site for drivers - click here

I also had a problem installing realtek sound drivers and came across this solution which works a treat -

For anyone with a similar Realtek sound problem I have just resolved this annoyance, as follows (with thanks to computerboom.blogspot.com/2008/08/install-realtek-audio-driver-failure.html)

Go to Device Manager/system Devices

Disable microsoft UAA bus driver ...
Uninstall UAA bus driver

Install realtek driver and it will work.

Barnacarry has offered some good advice but if you dont know what your dealing with always check your mobo manufacturer website first as the 1st link will tell you when you click on a driver option
