Really Weird Pop-up on XP

A window keeps popping up on my screen every 30 mins, dead on the hour or half hour. The window is headed "Reminder" with the date and time.

The actual window's content is unknown, I get a "Page Cannot Be Displayed" message inside it.

I've taken a shot of it and put it here:

What's causing it? I've given my PC a full scan with Norton AV (fully updated) and Ad-Aware (fully updated) and they found nothing suspicious. It's a real pain in the proverbial as there's no way of closing it apart from CTRL-ALT-DEL and ending the application.

I'm running WIN XP on a AMD Athlon XP 3000, using a 56k dialup.

Try deleting cookies, open IE, go to tools/internet options click on 'delete cookies' and then 'delete files' and check the 'delete all offline content' box too.

The sack could be correct, although I have never seen the messenger window appear like that. It's a bit suspicious that it appears exactly at 3pm.

Have you checked your Scheduled tasks? Maybe something was added in there.

Hope this helps :)
