Everytime I try to listen to a radio station or a music track using real player I ge the following message

"unable to locate server. This server does not have a DNS entry. Please check the server name in the URL and try again.

My computer is on a network and I am using Windows 2000. How can I stop this message appearing all the time

This problem is usually due to the existence of a firewall on your network.

Open ports 6790 - 7170 in your firewall for UDP.
Most of the time this will fix the problem.
