Re-installation of xp pro

recently when building my comp i had to install xp pro on a 20gb hard disk, i had bought a 120gb disk but xp pro would not install on the larger disk. since then i have solved this problem with a bios update, however i have already activated xp pro on thge 20gb drive. can i install xp again on the larger drive after already activating on the smaller one?
if i can what is the best way of transfering my files and settings. can i copy them onto floppy disk or cd-rom from the old disk and then load them onto the new one? i would prefer not to have two drives running, just the 120gb one for everything. please help!

You can copy ur entire Windows installation over using Ghost or Acronis... No need to re-install
