Recently had 80gb hard drive added and made primary. The original 20gb hard drive was made secondary.Upgrade was done PC World, and I was informed that they did not reformat my secondary hard drive. As this is still loaded with windows xp and sunderies,it is wasted space which I need to use.My pc is packard bell imedia 4716,and came with windows already loaded. How do I reformat this hard drive and still show it as secondary D.pioneer1

Go to "My Computer", right click on the drive and choose Format. As long as you have no files on there which your present OS is using, it will wipe that drive. Make sure you click the correct drive.
